Nolan and Reggie

I am back into the hobby after taking 20+ years off. I am catching up to "modern collecting" as refractor autograph and graded cards were not around when I last collected. I am looking for a mint '68 Nolan Ryan/Koosman and a mint '69 Reggie Jackson. I am not interested in BVG graded vintage cards and that is what seems to show up on ebay on a regular basis.

Where is the best place to look besides ebay?

What are your thoughts on SCG grading for vintage cards?

My fault. This is the first time I have been in this forum and should have read the rules first.

Let me rephrase my question: I am interested in finding a PSA 9 '68 Topps Nolan Ryan/Koosman and a PSA 9 '69 Topps Reggie Jackson. Where are the best places to look for these cards?
