Free grading vouchers

Is there a year restriction on what you can sub when you renew your cc membership and get the voucher for free gradings? I have a 1933 Uncle Jack's Candy Jimmie Foxx I want authenticated.

No year restriction, only a monetary one (I think $500, but could be wrong?).
