for those of you that have send it cards for review..
has anyone bumped an 8 to a 9
and then took that same 9 to a 10
has it ever happened?

The grader would have to miss something pretty drastic. The difference between an 8 and 10 should be easy to see.

I was bothered by it. I don't think a card that is graded an 8 should ever be in contention for a grade of a 10.

I just looked back and stand corrected. It was a 72 Topps #400 Tony Oliva card that bumped from PSA 8.5 to PSA 10. Still impressive, but not as dramatic as what I thought, LOL..

I had two 1965 topps commons that I purchased on ebay raw come back as EOT. I sent them both back in and got PSA 10's on both. Each was a POP 3. True story....
