1971 Topps Super Cards - PSA submission

I came across a stash of 1971 Topps Super cards that are pristine. Do cards of this size have to be sent in to PSA under some kind of special category, or would they qualify for a Collector's Club submission?

If they are considered tallboys, they can go on the month's special:

Collectors Club Special #1 - Customer Appreciation Special:
$5.75 per Card – 50 Card Minimum Quantity Required
For cards from 1956-present valued under $100 each
Sport and non-sport cards
Regular size, thick/patch, Tallboy, and Coins/Pins cards are accepted
Excluding T3's, Supersized, and Autographed Cards
For Collectors Club members only

Here are the dimensions:
If they fall within 3 1/2 x 5 1/16, they can go.

Standard - 2 11/16" x 3 13/16"
Tall Boy - 3 1/2" x 5 1/ 6"
Supersized (Ticket) - 3 5/8" x 7 1/2"
Supersized (Check) - 4 1/4" x 10"
T-3 Holder - 5 3/4" x 8"

They're 3-1/8" by 5-1/4", so they're considered Tallboys.

What is the best holder to use. I picked up poly sleeves that fit nice, just wonder what semi-rigid holder to use for submission to PSA, or simply just to store them in ungraded.

CS4s accommodate tallboys (and some smaller supersize items).

I have all mine in CS4's.

So the CS4's will hold the '71 Topps Supers okay. I guess I'm concerned about the thickness of the card moreso than anything else?

Be sure to scrutinize the submission. Lots of ways these can come back in disappointing grades. O/C and MCs quite often. Surface scratches are a problem. Also, exam the back for wrinkles, especially at the edges.
