Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
<< <i>I thought there were supposed to be 12 cards in the pack but i counted only 11 (unless the game card counts as a card although I tend to doubt it). >>
I believe 11 cards is correct card count (plus game card) for a 68 cello, same as 67.

<< <i>I might even know a guy that has incriminating photos of him destroying a 70's baseball pack >>
Mike isn't as much of a pack prude as he portrays on here. Yours is not the first report we've received back from the National attesting to his waxy carnage.
I just wanted to thank Leighton and Scott again for the pack rips. Definitely one of the highlights for me at the National. Also enjoyed seeing everyone from the boards. See you guys in Chicago next year.
<< <i>I pulled out a couple of pics - as he scanned the area - it went blurry and these were the only two I could get of the crowd. >>
Heck, I was just impressed to see some kids in the sea of middle-aged, white guys that is The National (and I say that as a middle-aged honky myself).
This pack was a let down for me compared to last years 1955 Bowman Football rip. Looking forward to the 1956 Topps Football rip mentioned in the video. Good luck, Scott, and to those participating in the 1981 Topps Football cello box break too!
That is me on the right peering over bbcemporium's shoulder in the first picture. I enjoyed meeting the guys again from last year's National and made some new acquaintances this year. Enjoyed the cello opening as well.

I do see our friend Curt aka bbcemporium in the crowd.
For me the best thing about unopened? Is unopened.
And Eric on the pan, too!

But Snuffy, why is Bobby hanging from my neck?
Since I was caught on video, I'll admit I was there but I was pleading to save that pack. And this proves my point that ripping doesn't pay.
