Obviously not a sports article, but the art world seems to be facing the same problem that our hobby faces with concerns over new buyers. Amazing how far they have gone to find new buyers and it seems with big success. I wonder if any of the auction houses do anything like this in the sports world.

I guess I just don't have an 'eye' for this kind of art.

<< <i>I have always thought that sports stadiums and arenas would be a good way to bring hobby attention to masses of sports fans. I know they have new card giveaway days, but I am talking about having classic card displays and/or a dealer table in every stadium with SMR giveaways, etc. I remember reading somewhere that there is a card dealer set up at Yankee Stadium. I would like to see more of that. Holding card auctions at the stadiums before games is another idea. >>

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

Snuffy, it seems like you always have the same exact pose in all of these pictures. I am beginning to think maybe these images have been Photoshopped.
