Coin Shop Burglary-St. Cloud,Minnesota

sorry if I'm late with this:

Coin Shop Burglary

On Tuesday July 29, 2014 at approximately 11:30pm three masked black males smashed two doors to gain entry into th Gold-N-Silver Coin shop located in St. Cloud,Minnesota. While the audible alarm was sounding the suspects used a tire tool to smash display cases and remove coins and paper money. The offense was caught on video and it appears that one suspect cut himself on a damaged showcase leaving behind DNA evidence.

A 1916D dime, 1885 V-nick both certified, and additional certfied coins were taken along with National banknotes from Little Falls, MN. A complete list of stolen inventory is being compiled.

Looks like they left the bullion behind so they wouldn't have to pay the Minnesota Tax.

Some scum crooks broke into my dad's auto service/convenience store (and 2 other local stores) this past tuesday night and took all the cash in the till. They smashed the small window on the door to the shop and cut themselves leaving a blood trail. I hope it was their carotid artery......

I hope the suspect who got cut from the glass does not file a lawsuit against the Gold-N-Silver Coin shop over his injury. Whenever my shop was burglarized, the police officer said: "You better hope whenever they dropped through the ceiling they didn't break a leg and sue you!" I thought he was kidding, but he assured me that he was serious.

Yes they were registered, how do you think the robbers knew where to rob? The MN Department of Commerce now keeps a convenient list of places thieves can rob. I am not kidding, this is one of the biggest problems with the legislation.
