That is one of the best potty dollars I have ever seen. The attention to detail is fantastic. I have never seen one with a candle added. I may have seen one with the motto altered.
These are not for everybody, but IMHO this is a legitimate form of American folk art.

That is definitely one of the better ones that I've seen. There are lots of them out there that are poor carvings and quite crude. The really good ones are not easy to find. I looked at many of these until finding this one that I liked enough to purchase:

I mean, after all the carving and what not, how would you ever have any solid diagnostics on authenticity?
Now that I think about it, the dentils on that particular coin look wrong. Especially in the 8:00 o'clock position.
