Bags/sleeves for larger PSA slabs

A bunch of us have recently purchased and really enjoyed these bags to go around our standard sized slabs. Does anybody have a way to protect the slabs that are the next size up? I'm talking about the ones that house, for instance, some of the larger discs, or Topps Scratch-Offs, or Donruss Champions or Action All Stars. The slabs I'm trying to protect from scuffing are 4.25" x 7.25". I've got 4 or 5 of them and more on their way to me. Does anybody know where to get bags or sleeves to protect those, or know another way of protecting them? Thanks in advance.

I never found anything that works. I fold comic book bags and take them snug. It works well.

I did that for my even larger slab, the dexter press one and it worked slick. I'm looking for a better solution for these medium sized slabs though

I don't know. It has always bothered me too. I keep all mine stacked in my dresser drawer separated with bubble wrap sheets. I need a better solution.

Thanks for the link Phil. Those look like pretty nice bags. Before you posted that link I had already stopped by the comic book shop in my mall and I picked up some bags that work ok. The only negative is that there is not an adhesive strip on the back. I actually bought them for my graded PSA packs and they are an excellent fit for those. They are not a perfectly snug fit for the oversized cards Dan is talking about in the original post, but they work pretty well for those too. You just have to put a strip of tape on the back to seal them.

Dan--I bought a bag of 100 because that's what they were sold in. It is not likely I will get to use most of these bags in the near future, so if you or anyone wants me to mail them some just PM me how many you need and your address and I will mail some out for you.

Here are some pics of what the slabs look like in the bags:

Edit: apologize that the cards are upside down. But you can get the idea.

I e-mailed that G.T. Bag Company to inquire into the possibility of creating a custom bag for this purpose. I'll let you know if they can do such a thing and the minimum run size/cost per bag once they respond. From there we can see about drumming up interest in a group buy to hit their minimum numbers.

They responded saying it would be about $40-50 per 1k bags with a run of 25k. Anyone interested in joining a group purchase?

Haha, me buying 20-25 won't help you.

Figuring $50/1K, its $5/100. I have to imagine, here and on eBay, that there would be enough interest at $10-$15 per 100 for someone to double/triple their money, since EVERYONE is looking for these bags.

I know these guys, clearbags, have bags that fit the regular PSA slabs (old and new) perfectly. I've tested their B3 size (3 5/16 X 5 1/8) and they fit great, they even have that size in a value line for a cheaper per bag rate.

I too am curious to find bags for the larger slabs and this place may have one that would work, but I have not gotten around to placing an order to try a few out yet. They have a couple that might work width wise but the length is not ideal and a couple the right length but not the right width!

They do custom bags too, but I have no idea what they would charge.
