There's a NEW Greatest Man Alive, and his name is....

...Manny! (sorry Matt) I simply cannot believe it, but I received a package today from Manny (flatfoot816) and it contained not 1, not 2, not 3, but SIX graded Yaz items that I needed for my master set for FREE, including some with pretty low pops. I was floored! The generosity of board members continues to astound me, but Manny in particular is just a wonderful guy. When I had surgery in March, Manny filled a thread with photos of unique and high end Yaz items to entertain me. Since I registered my master set in April (with a meager 5 items) he sent his congrats, and has continued to send messages of encouragement throughout my building process. I can't thank him enough (though I have ideas how). I've only been able to add 3 of the items to my set so far, but those alone have already moved me up 3 spots in the rankings.
Without further ado, here are the items I received from Manny today. I will also be adding these to my "Dan's Yaz Pickups" thread. I'm sorry for the redundancy, but I want to keep them all organized in one thread. I just thought Manny's generosity deserved public accolades like this. Here we go....
Thanks for looking, fellas!

Yes, we all have our flaws, but Manny is alright. Great job Manny and an excellent recipient in Dan!!!

MANNY ... stop working so much and get active on these boards again!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
<< <i>Congrats Dan ... nice additions for your set. Manny is one of the good guys on these boards.

Congrats on the pickups. I don't know Manny well, but in my conversations with him via PM's he has been very gracious. Definitely another one to put on the "great guy" board member list.
And Dan is one of the good guys too.
Big thanks for the Sitting Bull and Illuminati cards. It turns out that the Illuminati card, if carried in a breast pocket, admits me to secret societies.

It's stuff like this and all the recent fun pickup threads made by happy collectors that erases the acrid taste of the occasional petty/catty internet beefs. Good energy!

You put that rather well.
Nice gesture and some very cool Yaz items. The ones that aren't regular cards, like the pins, potato chip discs, etc, always seem interesting to me.
