When did they let this guy in the Hall of Fame?

Since I primarily collect baseball Hall Of Famers, I often search eBay using the keyword HOF. I find many non-HOFers listed (typically Gil Hodges, Pete Rose, Tony Oliva, others that have achieved greatness but are not in the hall). I recently started a 1955 Topps set (a VG-EX type set with the HOFers around PSA 4). Searching 1955 Topps PSA 5 HOF, I got this among the returns

The seller could have been listing majority of his 55's and used that as a template and forgot to take out HOF
