WINNER -- Guess the grade on a NEWP, w/added difficulty bonus of various of attributes ;-)

Ok, here's a fun twist to something we like to do (or not) -- grade coins from pictures
I am adding a twist to this to make it a little bit more challenging...winner gets a nominal prize (worth a couple $$), which I will reveal later
Winner will be the first person to get all the attributes correct. If no one gets all attributes correct within 48 hours of this post, winner will be awarded to the first person who comes the closest.
1) Slabbed/not slabbed?
1a) if slabbed, which TPG?
2) Business Strike or Proof?
3) Grade (or no grade)?
4) CAC no CAC?
Let the games begin...

Some of those questions fall into the "random guess" category. Not sure any Numismatic knowledge helps with picking the service, or knowing if it has even been submitted to CAC!

<< <i>Well based off of the picture, and assuming that is a mark on the reverse rim at 11:00. >>
That is a result of a poor job with photography (just did it on the quick) and cropping, it's not a mark, so it's a fair assumption

Based on the contest rules I established at the outset, kaz is officially the winner. He guessed 3 attributes correctly and only 9 minutes before coppertoning.
kaz will receive a 1971 proof set as his prize (please PM me your shipping address, I will send it out to you asap). See picture of the proof set below the coin.
Here's the coin with grade...

Funny coincidence: I happen to own a 3C nickel from the Richmond Collection.
Everybody have a great weekend. Mine is certainly off to a good start thanks to mercurydimeguy
