What are you looking to pick up at the National?

I don't believe I have seen a thread on this so I thought I would start one. So what is on everyone's wish list. I am looking for the following:

T206 Cobb (bat on or off shoulder) in SGC 40 and centered
T206 cards that are SGC 40 and centered
PSA graded wax and cello packs

That is mainly what I am looking for but who knows what else I will come home with.....LOL.

Honestly, wish I was going because I need to renew my cc membership and would be nice to pick up a complimentary set of "The Cards That Never Were".

Aside from that I'd be hunting for a 1988 (not 1987) Ace Fact Pack Jets. Sealed or otherwise, complete or singles.

    Mark,
It will be interesting to see what you get as you said.
You should do another thread once the show is over on what you had wanted and what you picked up. It may be totally different, who know. I have never been to a national and would have a few goals in mind, but I'm sure it would be waaay off of what I intended to get.
Good luck to you in your search!!

I'm not going this, hopefully I can talk to the wife and kids into an educational trip to Washington DC next year (I majored in History) and spend a day at the show.
If I was going this year, I would have saved my money differently and purchased either a 1951 Bowman Willie Mays or Mickey Mantle for my HOF rookie set and then maybe some of the cheaper HOFers for the set.

I was lucky enough to pick up two things I wanted that would definitely have sold at the National. Very happy about that since I am not able to go.

Did you mean to say "Chicago" instead of "Washington DC" or am I just misinterpreting your post?
