1838 Dime: small/lg stars and partial drapery

Hi-
I don't dabble much in seated coinage .. I came into a small collection of some dimes, quarters and halves recently ...Being totally unfamiliar with these coins, I enjoyed doing the utmost of basic research (Seated Coinage 101 if you will) ..... while I found excellent explanations and illustrations, I am still not convinced I am able to differentiate the Small stars vs. Large stars varieties while having only one example in hand? Seateddimevarieties.com is a great reference but I am still having a hard time identifying this one as I don't have the two types in hand to compare and contrast. I am 99% sure this is the large star variety ... Also this looks like a F15/VF20 to me (marks on the shield are much less pronounced in hand) ?? Explain your thoughts if you would please
Can someone also tell me what is the partial drapery variety?

it is the drapery area below liberty's left elbow or lack thereof. once you look at a couple examples of each, you'll be good to go.
