Candidate for regrading?

Had this one for a while. Current grade and company obscured to protect the innocent. Any options as to what the PSA gods may bestow on it?

BCCG slab. I say it's a 10 BCCG, 8 PSA

edit: 8 Due to top to bottom centering and chippy bottom edge.

Crack it and sub to PSA. It will look much nicer in a PSA slab and increase the value given the fact that BCCG is looked upon as a joke.

I bought this one when I first re-entered the hobby in 2005 or so. I wasn't up to date on the grading company standings. I thought it was well centered and presented well. Should I try to cross over or crack and sub?

I've always cracked and feel you get a better, unprejudiced opinion from the grader. That's just my opinion though.

edit: Plus, the BCCG slab really doesn't do much for the card as far as asthetics and resale goes anyway
