Is this future HOFer Ken Griffey Jr Auto Legit? Opinions Requested Plz

See pics below. Came across this recently. I want to make a deal this evening. Has no authentication (i.e. UDA, PSA, JSA, SGC, etc.). Is this likely an authentic auto? Please lmk you opinions. TY in advance! Meatloaf

I don't think so. That K in Ken is the first red flag

  • Meatloaf,

It DOES have authentication, but it is authenticated by a company that was busted by the FBI. Not sure why you left that out of your post. Unfortunately, there are bidders, so someone is going to get screwed tonight.

Seeing this thread reminded me of Mark Murphy aka The Baseball card Kid~he had a ton of Griffey stuff back in the day~autos, game used equipment, you name it.

It's not eBay. I found it on an auction site called Proxibid. Not sure if you need an account to see the current auctions. It is in a live auction by a company called Jag Enterprises.

I always wondered if you had an authentic item, why wouldn't you try to sell on it on eBay as opposed to one of these 3rd or 4th tier auction sites.
