I know of the 83 P Spitting Eagle. I have a pretty sweet MS66.
This one is a '98 P. Interesting die crack. Mainly what caught my eye was how circulated it was and still sold for $20. Not bad for the roll searcher.

I think the name is appropriate, better than drooling bird
