True 1/1 Vintage RC

I came across a 1/1 1948 r346 Jackie Robinson B&W RC in the PSA pop reports, looks like SGC has never graded one also. How many vintage 1/1 rookie cards like this exist?

Could it possibly be a blue tint version that is faded, or the 1949 version?
