Upper Deck and Fleer Customer service are AWESOME!

Fleer couldn't replace my Tyson Chandler hoops hot prospects, so they returned it...with a Desmond Mason hoops hot prospects jersey ($15) with a letter apologizing that there were no more serial numbered Chandlers available.

Upper deck replaced my Andrei Kirilenko sp authentic jersey, and they did it FAST - like 5 days. FYI, if anyone wants the Kirilenko, it's from a CE box break, so head over to the CE forums to find out how it can be yours.

  • I've got a question for ya Ryan. I purchased a box of Topps Chrome recently, and 1/2 of the packs only had 3 instead of 4 cards in it...what can I do?
  • bradley, I wish there was more you could do, but Topps customer service is an absolute joke. I haven't even been able to oin them down on sending CE products for box break...even after upper deck has sent 4 items and fleer sent 3 boxes. They're total jerks, they don't care about the collector, and thats why 9/10's of their product is crap every year.

    I will dig around and see if I have a contact number and let you know.
