That fued was more than a minor deal but my lips are sealed!
He was/is the the utmost in professionalism. He acted and even dressed like a professional.
Too many dealers wear blue jeans and T-shirts. In my opinion, one should look sharp in any business role if you want people to like you, think you are an expert in something and buy things from you ,whether it be coins or financial services.
