Min size questions

Have you ever resubbed a min size card and it came back as graded the next time around?

Any idea what is used to determine size? I sent in cards 'hand cut' that came back as min size.

Without borders, how do you determine correct size?

I used to resub N6's all the time - but I don't think you get vouchers anymore, so I haven't been doing it lately.

I have had many ultimately get holdered including a 1970 Topps Bobby Orr that went to PSA 9.

No experience with borderless handcuts though...
