Is there a way to export the pricing data into the CVS file when created? I'm guessing they strip that info from the file so it can't be shared. I'm trying to sort a set based on lowest to highest value card and don't want to manually enter in the price for 600+ cards.

Right now no you can not print out the prices. But just
recently we decided to reverse that decision and you
will be able to in the future. We just have not gotten
around to changing it and it is on our list of things
to do.
