My best guess is it's from the Willowbend Pro-Am from the early 2000s. If you can narrow down the year further, I'll see if I can come up with a list of participants. The signature looks familiar, but I'm thinking it's not a golfer.

Yeah, I think it's Willowbend too - I was at one in the mid 90s and none of these guys were there

I got another hat, an actual Willowbend hat signed by Kevin McHale too
