Help Requested - tough decision - football card

The "Dutch" Clark is one of the highest weighted cards in the 35 National Chicle set with a 5.0. It shouldn't matter, but I'd be lying if I said it would be equally enjoyable to fill the slot with an example with a low technical grade i.e. 3 as one with a high technical grade (5 isn't really high, but about as high as my budget allows).
I'm looking at three cards right now. Which of these three cards is the "best"? And as a follow up, if you chose the SGG 5 or PSA 3, is there a chance I can get the SGC crossed over without an OC qualifier or get the PSA 3 reviewed to a better grade?
The heart of my question is "what would you do"? I'm stuck. I like the 3, but its a 3. I like the SGC card, but its in the wrong holder. The PWCC one? It's safe, but I'm not that impressed and it will probably auction high.
Thanks in advance - I really appreciate all the help I get here.

I don't know. The PSA 3 looks to be the best centered of
the group, but the PSA 5 appears to have a better color.
The PSA 5 is nearly MC to the upper right. The SGC is
always going to be a gamble to cross.
It also depends on how high up the registry you are
trying to go. If you just want to fill the slot with a
nice low grade card, I would go with the PSA 3 out
of the choices.
But, what do I know, I don't collect football cards.

<< <i>The SGC looks short t/b, not sure if it would cross at all. I don't like the bottom border on the PSA3 and think it would prevent a bump. I think I would wait. >>
Thank you. Yeah, my first impression when I saw the SGC was that it might be trimmed. I didn't notice the bottom border of the PSA3 - I agree its weak. You have me leaning towards waiting. Maybe a nice PSA 4 will come along. Did you like the PSA 5?

It's OK, but the tilt and centering would bother me and as you mentioned, being a PWCC auction will probably go pretty high.
