Took the words right out of my mouth. I've dealt with the Marino autograph, and the 'D' is the first thing that jumped out to me as looking off. And you're right about the 'o'.....Marino's 'o' takes more of a sharp left turn up at the top than the one in this picture does.
On both of the authentic examples, the starting point of the D is outside the loop of the D. On the example in question, the starting point of the D is well within, almost at the middle, of the inner loop of the D.
Also, on the r to o transition at the end, the r to o makes a little shelf/plateau and then the pen drops to form the O. On the questioned example, it does not have this. In fact, it comes from way below and looks like a u to the O.
