Do you think this card will get an MC qualifier?

Thinking of sending this tough to find 1952 Bowman Large Joe Schweder - a tough single print card - in to get graded. It won't grade real high, but I'm worried about getting an MC qualifier for the top border. Even if I ask for no qualifiers, they still give out the MC one, at least that's been my recollection. There is a little border, but wasn't sure. The back is cut nicely.
Thanks in advance for any opinions

O/C...yes
<< <i>DanBessette - on the EOT - you might be right. The upper right corner may be a little suspect upon closer review. >>
That's what I was looking at but it was hard to tell with the card c0c*eyed in the photo. Yes, I was not allowed to type That word.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
