Do you think this card will get an MC qualifier?

Thinking of sending this tough to find 1952 Bowman Large Joe Schweder - a tough single print card - in to get graded. It won't grade real high, but I'm worried about getting an MC qualifier for the top border. Even if I ask for no qualifiers, they still give out the MC one, at least that's been my recollection. There is a little border, but wasn't sure. The back is cut nicely.

Are you sure that's not EOT? My eyes might be failing me.

O/C...yes

With the card being a 3 at best it should not get a qualifier as they usually don't give qualifiers for lower graded cards.
