Need Help With Austrian Medal, 1814

Do any of you know this medal. Probably struck to commemorate the end of the Napoleonic war. Features Karl Philipp, Prince of Schwarzenberg, and Klemens von Metternich, an Austrian diplomat.

Any help on what it is, and approximate value, is appreciated. Medal is 44mm in diameter.

Translation: The statesman made a solid band (Metternich) - the hero defended it with a strong hand (Karl Philipp) - gratefully it protected the fatherland (Austria)

Klemens Metternich combined England , Russia , Germany & Austria to fight together against Napoleon , Prince Karl Philip took part in many battles against Napoleon as Marshall - General.
