Jeter Inaugural Marlins

Saw this auction on ebay....been trying to get on of these, already have the rockies one, but something looks odd about this card.
First the card holder looks tampered with on the bottom left, but its hard to tell since I dont have any SGC cards. The oddest part is the location of the gold embossed seal. In almost every one I have seen so far, the seal covers the entire right leg of Jeter, this one only covers part of it. I have seen some fakes of these where someone has removed the seal from another card and placed it on the Jeter.
Any thoughts on if this is real or not??

It looks OC to the right, for my taste.
