FWIW, I note, among other things on the card in question, the "9" in the date and the "D" in "DAN - DEE" are different fonts than the posted examples, as is the "K" in "Mickey" (look where the three bits that make the "K" meet) and the grade "7" on the card in question has a curved tail. In Photoshop, sharpened "more" twice and viewed in negative, there is some very strange pixelation around the grade and number beneath. Hope this helps.
Please remember, there is a good chance that the seller was taken. He may not know he has a fake. I suggest emailing him a constructive email or maybe sending him the link to this conversation.

Or maybe what Goose said would be more fun.
GOOSE: I'm very interested in the card. I work nearby ... would you mind meeting me at my job?
SELLER: Sure, that's no problem. Where do you work?
GOOSE: The address is "....."
SELLER: That's only 5 minutes from my house. I'll meet you there in 30 minutes.
GOOSE: Excellent. BTW, when you get to the front desk, ask for Police Officer GOOSE.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

Eric ... more good info. Glad you have now become active in threads involving subjects other than just autographs!

Hey Doug
Well, I gave up looking for message boards about collecting and storing radioactive artifacts from Hiroshima...I seem to be in a minority there? Oh well. It is a huge secret, but I have never been to any sort of sports game in my life. No idea how to hold a bat. Never hit a ball. To quote Ralph Kramden regarding golf - "I don't even know where left field is!" But, inks, fonts, papers, signatures, prints, photographs, fakery and forgery...I know a bit And am always happy to share.
AH! I see billiards is a sport! In that case, I am well seasoned...1-pocket, 9-ball, Chicago...straight. About 25 local 1st place trophies This was in the 80's when I could see the length of the table and did not have bursitis and all this! Oh, I miss those days. Time was, and many of you who play billiards will know this one, I would take a ball and freeze it to the middle of the short rail by the rack. I would then balance the cue ball on the center of the opposite short rail, on the edge of the table, off the playing surface, where the end of the cloth on the rail meets the hard table. "Pick either corner pocket and give me three shots...double or nothing?" Those were the days. I could not make that ball now with a shotgun. This was how I might recoup on a Friday night should I have lost to One Pocket Phil of New England etc.
I would NEVER EVER NEVER buy graded cards from Craigslist!!! At least with eBay you can see what the seller has sold in the past or has for sale, can even get buyer protection from PayPal, with Craigslist your just down right screwed!!!

Yep, especially with card too risky to find out later one get scammed. With Ebay at least U can ask some expert to take a look and have time to return it if something wasn't as describe.

In the really old days, PSA put POTATO CHIPS on the top line with DAN-DEE. The "PSA" at the top was smaller than in the Craig's List auction.
Then, PSA started putting POTATO CHIPS under the player's name (still not the two-line newer grades)
None of mine are missing the PC words, and no auction on eBay is either. Here's my Mantle, just because.

I was considering sending the seller an email and toying with him/her though and then maybe see if they'd meet me at my work. (PD)
