New Holders an Indication that 1960's-70's Baseball Supply is Still Strong

Well, the new PSA holders have been in place for over 6 months and more and more of the cards I win on eBay are in these new holders. I would say probably 40% of the 1960's and 1970's baseball cards (and even 1959 baseball) that I have won on eBay the last couple months have been in the new holders. To me this indicates that the supply of vintage cards sent to PSA (if you consider pre 1975 to be vintage) seems to be very strong indicating there is still a lot of sports cards still out there that haven't yet been graded. One could argue that some of these cards in new holders are cards sent in for review or cards popped from older holders and re-submitted to PSA in hopes of getting a higher grade. However, I would think that these types of submissions represent a small % of the cards graded each day at PSA.
Agree or disagree? And if you agree, where do these older cards (pre 1975) keep coming from?

<< <i>I would venture a guess that the vintage cards in PSA holders represent only a small sliver of the material that is currently out there. What is available versus what is out there is another story, but there are probably hundreds of cards of a single card out there for every one that is graded. >>
+1, though a good portion (not anywhere near all, maybe 60%) of those ungraded with a chance or 9 or 10 are in a holder already.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

Why haven't all these cards that will grade psa 9 or psa 10 been submitted?

Plenty of old-schoolers that still don't believe in the grading 'fad'. High grade raw is not that hard to find.
