Review question..

If you send in a card for review and it doesn't cross to the min. grade requested, do they let you know the reason it didn't cross?

If you're lucky, you get a sticky note with an arrow vaguely pointing to something.

I have found that the note is typically dependent on level of service--if you use regular or better service level or even a membership renewal voucher cert, you will often get a comment. If you're subbing under a monthly special level of service, then usually no.

When I submitted some reviews in person, they showed the courtesy of the sticky notes. Otherwise, no.
