Is the 1969 Topps 567 Pirates rookies no black outline tough?

I'm working on a master set for 1969 Topps, and I can't seem to find the "no black outline" variation. Is it that tough?

Always looking for Mantle cards such as Stahl Meyer, 1954 Dan Dee, 1959 Bazooka, 1960 Post, 1952 Star Cal Decal, 1952 Tip Top Bread Labels, 1953-54 Briggs Meat, and other Topps, Bowman, and oddball Mantles.

    Very tough is an understatement.

    How about "very, very tough"? Or do we need still another "very"?

    I had one of these, but I used a black sharpie to add the border back on. Looks much better.

    Bob---I guess you don't recognize your own work. The top card is the one you doctored and sent to me so I could have both versions

    Thanks to everyone for your thoughts. It confirms my belief that this variation must be very tough. If anyone has one for sale, let me know. I posted in B/S/T.
