<< <i>Am I wrong in thinking that $15 an hour does not seem like a salary to catalog about 500 coins in 3-4 hours, Lets say it takes 4 hours, so the person filing ,this job will make $60 afer all taxes etc...so maybe $45 take home, what, will Rare Coins make, I bet it will be more then $45. The opportunity to catalog all those coins is really a great opportunity to sharpen up your skills as a grader, however $45 over a 4 hour period is about $11.25 an hour...I would think that a coin grader would make more then $11.25 hour...I bet I get hammered on this, but this is my own opinion and I have a right to feel this way, no matter what anyone else thinks... >>
He is talking 3-4 coins per hour so that's about 125 hours x $15 or $1875 minimum.

I think he means that one would do 3 or 4 coins per hour for 125 to 166 hours at the rate of $15 per hour.
To do it your way would mean one is cataloging 125 coins per hour which is 2 per minute.
Kinda fast if you wanted quality work.
