Question regarding set registry vouchers

Does anyone know what turnaround time and max declared value per card is for the set registry vouchers you receive once your set eclipses 90% completion? Is it the same as membership voucher service level (regular sub level)?

<< <i>Tim, I don't know the answer to your question but you've piqued my interest: what registry sets are you working on? It occurs to me that I don't know anything about your collecting other than your unopened. Is it the 75 mini set you're working on? >>
Hi Dan,
Yes, the vouchers I have are from the 75 mini set. I've been putting the set together in PSA 8 or better since 2007, and just recently eclipsed 90% completion. More than half of the cards in my set (including a PSA 9 Yount RC) are from cards I pulled from packs and self-submitted to PSA. I am also working on several other sets, but the 75 mini and the 78 Topps sets are my primary focus right now (I'm at about 55% completion on the 78 Topps set).

I have completed a few sets recently and am likely going to register them.
Since I don't submit cards myself, are the vouchers transferable?
I'd like to run a contest or something to give them away to someone who can actually use them.

No problem, man, if that helps me to get an answer, lol..
Bear in mind, though, that as of Jan. 2014, the maximum number of vouchers you can receive in one year regardless of how many sets you have, is 3.

1) Set must be 90% complete or better and the set must be 25 cards or more
2) Free grades do not necessarily need to be for cards within the set which qualifies for the free grades
3) Member must have a current PSA Collectors Club membership
4) There is a maximum of 3 grades per year
5) Member must pay for P&H both ways
6) With each free submission approval, all items must be submitted at one time
7) Packs are not eligible for free grades
8) The free grading benefit can only be used one time per set

I submitted mine in March and they graded out in June, so it was about three months. I don't believe there's a restriction. I submitted the best cards of my eligible sets and many were $500+ cards including a PSA 8 Ryan RC.
A question back to you. Have you calculated out the cost for shipping both ways to determine if the three credits are even worth cashing in? That was my question when they added the restrictions. I went ahead and checked the shipping tables just now to make the calculations. Assuming $1k-$5k worth of cards, it's $29 return shipping. So it's about $10 per voucher assuming you ship the cards with other submissions to cut the cost getting them to Newport Beach. So I guess it only makes sense if they are expensive cards. If I can review my PSA 8 Clemente RC with a voucher, then it would be worth it.
John, you make a good point about shipping charges. I would only use the vouchers for cards worth >$100.
