The centering on the Carlton looks pretty good from the back. Good luck!!!

This is not OPC. However, I've checked with the judges and they're willing to let this slide since it's a holiday.

Awesome, can't wait for this one! (and also whatever packs end up falling victim after this beauty whets your whistle)

    Good luck Tim!

    Thanks, guys!

OK, I know the older members like Doug go to bed early, so without further ado... image

A 75 cello consists of 18 cards, so I've decided to break the pack down into 4 4-card sections and then a final 2-card section.

First 4 cards: the first three were not centered very well, but the 4th turned out to be the nicest of the quartet, which was quite exciting, too! image

The Rose is a beauty. It does have a bit of a rougher cut on right edge but PSA typically does not penalize for that.

    Thanks, guys!

Here's the next group of 4--centering an issue again on 3 of the 4, but I did pull a very sharp and well-centered Vukovich. The gum was between the Vukovich and Sherman cards--fortunately the gum popped off rather easily from the Vuk with no gum stains or defects, which was nice because the gum was literally welded onto the Sherman card--I couldn't even pry it off!

After a great day of family, friends, neighborhood block parties, and fireworks, a nice 75 cello rip tops it off! Nice Rose, Tim. I can't wait to see the iconic card that should be in front of Lefty.

Next group of 4--a nice 72 MVP card with Bench and a decently-centered Hargan. Both Hargan and Tanana are beasts to find in higher grade for the 75 mini set, but not sure about the regular-sized versions.

I decided to do the next group as the 2-card installment, and save the last 4 for the final group.

This pack would have made a Reds fan very happy! Bench redux! (Though not as nicely centered as the Rose.)

Last 4 quite anti-climactic, as I was hoping for a better sequence than the one I got at the end of the pack. Oh well, just goes to show you that sequencing can vary on these 70s packs, and nothing is a sure thing, lol...the Rose (and a couple other nice cards) made the rip worthwhile. Thanks for watching the rip! (I do have another 75 cello with Carlton on back--a GAI 9.5 in a holder, though.)

75 cello? They retail for around $150 at this point.

First 4 cards (from far left section) featured a very sharp and nicely centered Tom Walker. In the rack I opened in March, Reggie Jackson followed McDaniel, but not this time.

Next group of 4 from same section~a very nice Terrell, which is one of the tougher cards in the 75 set.
