What does BBCE charge for sealing a wax box or pack?

I have read here about guys sending in their boxes and packs for Steve to certify and seal in the BBCE wrapping. What does he charge for a box? For a pack?

800-598-8656, ask for Steve. I recall seeing it being around 5% of the value of the box, not sure if he does individual packs since he authenticates for PSA.

I believe Steve is out of town right now. About 5% of the box value plus shipping is pretty much what he charges. He can't do individual packs because of his contract with PSA. He may be able to do rack packs since PSA doesn't grade them. His turn around time is usually a couple days. I'm expecting UPS to drop off a package from BBCE within the hour.

He does do rack packs. There's a 1961 rack in Bussineau's auction now that has the BBCE wrapping on it.
