Does HA not send the original envelopes of the EPN collection to buyers?

Just bought 4 coins from HA from the EPN collection, one of which the original envelope was photographed. I got the order today, but there was no envelope included in the package...

My EPN purchase did come with the original envelope as pictured. I'd contact HA and hope it wasn't chucked.

You're supposed to get all the stuff that HA has for each lot. I got mine.

Well I called this morning and apparently they were shipped separately yesterday...no idea why. Hopefully I'll get them soon.
