We decided to take a new approach to building out client base. Instead of spending $30,000 on a marketing campaign that would be hit or miss, we chose to reduce prices for "NEW CLIENTS' ( yes we call them clients not customers!) for their INITIAL PURCHASE. Our mindset is that if you make a potential profit off your first transaction then you will most likely call us for a quote on your second purchase. Most suppliers are within .5-2% of each other. We are banking on our customer service winning our clients over.

    Sorry we have right to cancel and clients don't, unfortunately some in this business attempt to order from everybody and their cousin trying to hedge and when market doesn't move or moves in wrong direction they want out.


    COD's yes after 6 months or 6 transactions and then for up to half of amount of your highest order.

    This forum is built on trust. I have never seen anything offered here where the seller put in a disclaimer that a paid for order could be cancelled. Also a $3500 minimum and up to 8 weeks for delivery certainly gives one reason to pause.

    Why not establish some good will by selling say 4 Silver eagles for a hundred bucks delivered, and accept Paypal at face. Build a reputation and maybe some folks would bite off a bigger chunk later.

    You can almost get them for that price now from Provident, no problems.

    Not a smooth way to say 'hello' with a $3,500 minimum, 8 weeks for delivery. Noone will bite that worm. Nice to be THINKING of a 'howdy do' intro, but as has been said...forget it, can be found elsewhere. The BST is NOT the place to join, say 'HI, here's a deal for ya...' with such obviously seller slanted rules. I might take them up on 4 ASE's at $100 shipped, to give 'em a chance, but $3,500 min, 8 weeks, seller cancel any time? I don't think so.
    I'll come up with something.

    the business first line of introduction. If its unprofessional then most cases the businesses is as well.

    Above some are asking as a show of good faith to sell ASEs 4 for $100 delivered if you read all the posts.
    $24.22 X 4 = $96.88 and with $5.95 for shipping from Provident is slightly above $100.
    That is what I was referring to,

    I can not believe PCGS hasn't stpped in and poofed this thread. The OP needs to get with them and purchase a banner for selling, espcecially since PMX is a business, not just a guy selling some stuff cheap on here.

    This has to be the weirdest business model: "send money, wait 10 weeks and maybe we will send you your product or maybe we will just send your money back"

    I guess I'll just keep my money under the mattress where it will earn the same.

    Question to PMX: Are you able to use the same process to buy the product you sell? How's that working for you?

    So much for distinguishing their operation with incomparable customer service.
    I inquired early yesterday about a substantial purchase.
    No response.
