Here is the information you asked for...

    2014 PSA Set Registry Awards!
The deadline for this year's PSA Set Registry Awards is Friday, May 30th. Any new sets or edits to existing sets must be published before 5:00 pm EST (2:00 pm PST).
The deadline to request that new cards be added to the set composites is April 30th. Set composites will be updated with these requests, assuming they qualify and are approved, by May 30th. Requests received after April 30th will be added as optional. After June 1st, the new additions will be required.

    2014 PCGS Set Registry Awards!
It’s the awards season once again! Since last year, 500 new members have joined the PCGS Set Registry and have registered over 4,000 new sets. It’s amazing that thirteen years later, the Registry continues to be a vibrant place on the Internet to showcase collections from all over the world. During the year some award winning sets have been retired while some new, fantastic sets have been listed.

Last year we announced a special recognition icon which will be placed on the sets which have won gold awards five years in a row. These All-Time Great Platinum Level sets signify that while the set is currently active it is no longer in competition. This will open the door to a number of wonderful sets which up until now, may have been overshadowed by an ATG set in first place. You will begin to see the Platinum award icon appearing on sets in the next few weeks.

The deadline for adding and updating your sets is Monday, June 30, 2014, 5pm EST/2pm PST. All sets will be judged the first week in July based on their status at the deadline. Judges will include numismatic experts from PCGS and the PCGS Numismatic Advisory Board. Winners will be announced in July.

To be a contender, your published set must be ranked number one with at a least 95% completion, or in the case of large set compositions, those sets with 500 or more coins registered in one set are also contenders. Other than those qualifications, there is nothing you need to do. (Note that the completion requirement may be waived when the judges review sets which contain especially rare coins.) As a reminder, you must own and have possession of any coin you list in your set.

This year, major awards will be presented at the PCGS Set Registry luncheon scheduled for Friday, August 8th, in Rosemont, Illinois, at the ANA Convention. Email invitations to the luncheon will be mailed mid-June to all Set Registry members.
As always, should you have any questions about the awards, please feel free to email setregistry@collectors.com.

    Later, Paul.
