Grades aren't appearing

Just submitted my first batch in quite a while under the May special. I was okay with the turnaround time (5/22-6/26) for 100 items; but when I got the email yesterday that grades were ready, I logged in to find the cards listed but no grades. The cert # column and the grade column are empty (except for a few Evid of Trimming that I can see). I called "Customer Service" this morning and Ticonderoga said "I'm not sure why they aren't appearing. Check back in a few more days."
I also sent an email last night but haven't received any response.

The package has shipped and will be here tomorrow. Anyone else have a better explanation?

    Try calling back, see if they can do a cut and paste in a email for you

    I may start doing this again as well. I usually check the grades when they pop to make sure there are no mechanical errors. I got a few fixed before the order shipped which saved me time and shipping costs back to PSA. However, the last few times, I was unable to get the shipment stopped in time as the grades seem to now post on the day it ships.

    That is tough. I am in the camp that starts checking almost right after they log. Just can't help but hit refresh.
