My brother has several greatest moments cards. Unfortunately he was 10 in 1971, and the cards reflect that.

Isn't there a lot of debate as to where these were distributed? Did you guys buy these in packs? What region of country? Interesting cards that never made it. Kids were into collecting the sets. Greatest moments didn't connect for some reason.

cards651: I grew up in Brooklyn, NY which was an area where Topps did distribute test sets. I had 3 1971 TGM cards for as long as I remember but do not recall where/how I got them. (As an aside, I do distinctly remember a store having the 1974 Deckle edge cards and purchasing exactly one pack).
