can i use u as a ref?

it looks like this guy is trying to pm everyone asking to u to use him as ref and he will use u as a ref. so he's bascically, trying to build up his ref's like this!

    echoboy is a great trader, he's traded with me once and bought twice. he's new, and doesnt know a lot, so he doesnt quite understand how everything works. give him a chance image
