I am currently working on a PSA 10 1999 Topps set, and then I am moving on to the 1997 Topps set. There is zero value, but they were the years my kids were born, so I am doing them anyways. Value be damned.

Same here 1996 and 1993...I think the sets will be harder then most think as I found in the 96 Set. Unoppened material sticks together and creates havok on the card fronts. This goes for the packs as well as the sets.
Just got my July special in record time--2 business days!
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

I know I am brining a ton with me for the $6 grading fee. I was wondering if anyone has worked better deals...due to large quantities. I am guessing 4SC gets a great rate since they can sell post 1990’s PSA 10’s for under $4 a card.
