Does anyone watch Tim McCarver's sports show?

My girlfriend turned me on to this. This is a sports interview show that comes on late Sunday night. He interviews old baseball players. This past Sunday he had Frank Robinson on. He has had some good interviews in the past.

Mccarver is a buffoon. I can't imagine anything I'd be less likely to watch.

I could only watch him if I was deaf & blind. Would also probably need to be drunk.

Last night he had on both Jim Palmer and Tom Seaver. Good to listen to the old stories!

You have a eerily similar posting style to a past member named bunt. Any relation?

He is kind of hard to watch these days, he is starting to look like an old catcher's mitt!! JK

Tim McCarver was at his best when Deion Sanders douched him with ice water. That was pretty funny stuff.

No clue who that is. Is that a complement or a dig

Neither. Just curious if it was him reincarnated due to your numerous grammatical mistakes and posting style.

You must post through speech text on your phone yes? That would explain the mistakes.

Posting thru copious amounts of Jim Beam would do that too.

I don't drink...don't use speech text on phone. I find that people that start with pointing out the negative about anyone they don't know. I wonder why they do that. Enjoy the talk not the grammar police on each post.

Ashabby, not sure if you've ever heard of it or visited it, but Net54 is a great site, and the guys are more laid back. Lots of great conversation. I don't post there, but I read it when these forums become stale. Good luck if you decide to check it out.

    Waahh!

That's funny. Bunt, throttle and thenugent all said the same thing to me.

Edit: Btw, grammar police correct people on their mistakes which I did not do. In fact, I never do that. I simply just pointed out that your style and grammatical mistakes are similar to a certain banned member. So please grow some thicker skin if you plan on using the internet.
