Is this pack legit?

Found this on a local collectors trading site. Just curious if this is legit?

Looks nice and clean to me. Notice how tight the corner fold is on bottom left and top right corners and how wrapper is bright and fresh with no odd wrinkles or creases.

So I ended up getting it. Think it's worth submitting? I can tell you that Valenzuela card is viewable on the back.
  • PSA no longer grades packs with loose gum.

If gum is loose or broken in pack, the likelihood is that they will not holder it. It is up to the grader, but they will typically forego any pack in which the gum has a possibility of tearing the wrapper in transit. If gum is fused to the top card, you should be fine. 1982 OPC packs actually have the gum up against the poster insert, but the key is whether the gum is mobile or not.

The cost of submitting this pack even if it does holder ($14 plus shipping) is probably not worth the expense anyway, unless it grades PSA 10.
