Looks like FS-1102 variety of this first year DDO. Filled B & R of Liberty, Doubling in the 09 of the date, and the jutting die crack from the bow tie to the jugular. Looks good to me.

Wrong. Roger is correct and the OP coin is not the FS-1102.
Also, the mark from the bow tie to the chin is not a die crack, it's a clash mark. On the FS-1102 there should also be a clash mark on the reverse at and below the C of CENT. But most importantly, there must be doubling of the date for it to be the FS-1102 and there is no doubling (seen mostly on the first 9 of 1909) on this coin.
Even if you have all of the other diagnostics, if you do not have the doubling of the date, it's just not the DDO and I am 100% confident the coin in the OP is not the FS-1102.
Edited to add, there are also early die states of the FS-1102 that do not have the die chips in the letters of LIBERTY... but they are indeed the FS-1102 DDO if they have the minor doubling of the date. Many out there get this one wrong and I've even seen a couple of incorrectly attributed examples out on the market as well.
Here's my FS-1102 DDO in MS66RD... note the thickness of the first 9 in 1909... that is the key. The first 9 of the OP coin comes to a sharp point in contrast. You can also see in the pic the reverse clash clearly at and below the C of CENT.
Edited to add another image of my MS66RD in which it may be easier to see the pick up points:

this statement doesn't need my +1 but i'm giving it.
there are certainly a lot of tricky coins out there with the diagnostics, minus the 9's doubling that aren't the 1102. .

Can't say about the doubling. I don't see any on the date, but that doesn't necessarily mean it isn't so.

Hoard the keys.
<< <i>But looks like it may be this one? (FS-012.1) >>
FS-1102 is the new number for FS-012.1
Same exact variety

<< <i>Ok hard to see if it has the die chips in Liberty i know some do and some dont even if they have the clash under the chin. >>
Just for reference...
