Help with value and authenticity of early Mexican reales

Purchased this a while back and had it certified. Came back Genuine Fine Details environmental damage. Does anyone know how to value a piece like this?
I bought this 1753 8 reales at the same time from the same dealer. It came back counterfeit from PCGS. I swear this thing is real and so did the dealer who sold it to me. Its silver and weighs right. Nothing about it looks to be counterfeit. Any input?
