PCGS Certification Database Info Incorrect?

I find myself increasingly frustrated with PCGS database, pop reports, price guides, and more, the deeper I dig for information..before I slam as guilty as charged, let's just look at the facts...my #1 issue is why my MERCANTI INSERT ATB's do not show as such, in database, look below on these 3 coins..they got the SP70 Grand Canyon Right, but, BOTh SATIN FINISH Incorrect.

My other gripe now is on the POP Report pages...for SP 5 Oz. ATB's...the y got the 2012 Mercanti Insert Coins listed, but NO 2011 Mercanti Inserts shown at all...since these were graded/slabbed quite awhile ago, I am not clear on why this is the case...pop updates are slow, yes, but, coins with issues are now 4, 3, 2 years "old"...
Also trying to get LIGHT SATIN, into a new "COMPLETE SET WITH MAJOR VARIETIES"...is not the pricey, and rare Light Finish a qualifier???? Why is the ATB, with huge profits, such the "Black Sheep" of Moderns????

Contact page for the Registry folks I feel for you as a collector who pays are host to get coins graded and yet you have to ask to start a Set?

I recently found a DDO that was NOT in any sets, so I contacted pcgs and asked them to include the coin. I had to go thru EACH one of my sets and REQUEST thru my set that the coin be added. In the end they Still decided which sets they were going to allow the coin. I do know if you call and ask any of those folks on the page they will get back to you and you just have to Keep trying.

As far as the Light Finish one I had a big argument with pcgs as NGC light finish was just that BUT there were some coins with NO FINISH and those are the ones pcgs accepted.

I proved there were 3 different finishes to that coin but in the end I had to send mine across the street to get the Light finish on the label......Good luck..........And the price guide well trust me it needs work in a few areas..

I tried adding the Light Satin to my set..BUT..because the slot was filled, it would not allow this..and, besides, there are NO SP70 Light Satins, and, to put my SP69 in the slot would drag me down, out of award competition...thus, the need for a "Complete Set With Major Varieties"...don't know why PCGS won't give this any respect, as NGC does...is it because there are probably less than 100 Light Satin on PCGS record, and, they feel it's not worthy? I see 81 Grand Canyon Light Finish in pop report, 32 Hot Springs, ZERO Yellowstone(again, they may be lost in system here..surely, PCGS graded some of these), and 7 Gettysburg. To make a TRUE Complete set, the facts are clear...there is a Variety, and, they chose to exclude it...as far as mercanti, non-first strike coins not showing, calls are being made to PCGS, by others in other forums..I got their interest perked by this information.
