Is paypal shipping currently down??

I've been trying to make a label for a package I am mailing out but have been unsuccessful. Has anyone else has good luck recently using this?

    The problem occurred late last night and continued into the early hours this morning. I can't speak for yesterday afternoon during the day.

    Hi new to the Boards. I was having trouble with Multi Order early today. So did my pay shipping one by one with the transaction history. When problem occur I usually do it manually and go straight to this site Paypal DIY Hope this help image

    Bobby ... I used PayPal to print out three shipping labels today ... probably between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm EST.

    I used to have a LOT of trouble printing the labels on FIREFOX after paying. I now use IE when printing a label and have no problems.

    Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

    That is odd. I clicked on the link that baseballs provided on the thread 3 posts up, and still encounter the same issue?? It says paypal shipping not available.

    Maybe the glitch is login related, and not PayPal related??
