KUDOS to Love of the Game Auctions

There are plenty of auction houses and sellers out there, but those that stand out are few and far between. Love of the Game Auctions is one that, while relatively new, has always been top shelf.

In their most recent auction, I won a couple of items for my personal collection. Unfortunately, one of the items was damaged at some point from the time that it was posted until it was to be shipped. Instead of some song and dance or negotiating, Al sent the item, a note of apology and a COMPLETE refund (hammer price, BP and all other associated fees). When so many others would've made excuses or sent the item hoping that I wouldn't complain, Al took the proactive stance of assuming responsibility and making me more than whole on the purchase.

Others auction houses and sellers could take a page from the Love of the Game Auction's handbook on customer service!!!

Thanks Al!!!

Thanks for sharing your experience Scott. Al is top shelf all the way, not surprised at all.

Not surprised at all by the great service. I've had nothing but positives there.

That is excellent service. I don't venture into auction house listings often. I will look them up. Anybody able to post a link to their website?
